Explore our AI-powered solutions for real-time process optimization

From data and physics to action.
Our models learn the behavior of your production process by combining historical data, physical principles, and human expertise. Once trained, they can simulate and predict scenarios, detect anomalies during operation and even fully control the process in real-time. This turns complex production environments into transparent, manageable and optimizable systems.

Flexible by design. Ready to go.
Our solutions consist of three core components: Model Design, Model Management, and Model Usage. With our containerized architecture, all three can be deployed within minutes for a seamless start. At the same time, maximum flexibility is ensured – customers can integrate their existing tools or infrastructure and replace any component they choose, without losing compatibility.
Application modules for every Use Case

What-If Analysis
This module allows operators to run virtual experiments by adjusting plant set points and immediately seeing the impact on process behavior. It also supports inverse analysis: Starting from the desired product properties, the jora.tech algorithm determines which input parameters need to be adapted to achieve them.

Operators can explore plant dynamics safely, without any risk to production, leading to a deeper process understanding and enabling faster, more confident decision-making.

Anomaly Detection
The anomaly detection module continuously monitors plant operation in the background and identifies patterns that deviate from previously observed behavior. Beyond simple alerts, it pinpoints the specific component or subsystem responsible for the abnormality.

This targeted insight enables efficient troubleshooting and supports proactive maintenance – reducing downtime, preventing costly damage, and ensuring stable production performance.

Predictive Process Control
In this module, operators define target values and thresholds for product properties. The algorithm then continuously calculates the optimal plant set points to keep the process within specification. Results can either be reported for operator confirmation (human in the loop) or executed automatically in full autopilot mode.

Predictive process control elevates plant operation to the next level. It safeguards product quality, reduces resource consumption, and minimizes variability – delivering both economic and environmental advantages.
