We build and validate the first line-specific model together with your team, demonstrating its value against the agreed production and business targets. Your process experts contribute their knowledge and gain practical experience with the workflow before taking ownership of further models.

Software rollout
After initial training, your process experts independently build, validate and deploy further models with jora.twin. They expand to new lines and use cases through self-service, without requiring a new implementation project with jora.tech each time. Together, we establish the production setup, operating roles and monitoring process for this transition.

FAQs
Is the data pre-check really free?
Yes. The pre-check is free of charge and helps determine whether jora.twin can deliver measurable value for your production line.
Do you need remote access to our production network?
No. The pre-check is performed offline using a static export of historical data and does not require any connection to your production network. A pilot can also be conducted on-site without remote access. Remote access is recommended, however, because it simplifies implementation support and ongoing performance monitoring after deployment.
Who should join the first call?
Ideally the process owner plus someone who understands the available production and quality data.
What makes a good first use case?
A measurable production problem, a relevant target signal, sufficient historical variation and a team willing to validate the result on a single line.
What happens if the data is not ready?
The pre-check should identify the specific gaps and recommend whether to improve collection, select another target or pause the project.
Is it safe to use jora.twin?
Yes. Every pilot starts by validating the What-If Module, allowing your team to assess its recommendations and build confidence in the system. If the results are satisfactory, we can jointly decide whether to proceed to the Predictive Control Module. The agreed operating boundaries and constraints help prevent the system from recommending unsafe operating conditions.
Can our process experts build and deploy further models themselves?
Yes. After initial training, your process experts can independently build, validate, deploy and apply further models with jora.twin. They can expand to new production lines and use cases through self-service, without involving jora.tech in every project. Your team owns the ongoing modeling workflow, with support available when needed.
